Warum sitzt UPIII eigentlich schon so lange in Untersuchungshaft? Und wieso ist eigentlich auch nichts wirklich klar hinsichtlich eines Hauptverhandlungstermins? Am 19/03/18 wurde gegen UPIII im Rahmen eines Polizeieinsatzes im Hambacher Forst Untersuchungshaft verhängt. Im Gegensatz zu UP I und IV ist es bei UP III jedoch zu Komplikationen gekommen, da sie – wie auch die beiden anderen Personen – anonym in die JVA gekommen ist, ihre Herkunft allerdings als nicht deutschsprachig eingestuft wurde, dadurch erhöhte Fluchtgefahr bestehe und zudem auch ihr Alter für die Behörden nicht erkennbar gewesen sei.
